Northeast,Chinquapin,and Pin Hook Fire Departments were dispatched to this MVC in the 100 Block of Deep Bottom Rd invovling two vehicles one vehicle had been torn in half. Units arrived to find two trauma patients, one patient with minor injury's and two small children DOA. CFD and PHFD units closed down the roadway as NEFD units assisted EMS with patient care. All patients were transported to Duplin Gen Hospital with the two trauma patients being airlifted to Pitt Co. Mem Hospital later on. Units onscene NEFD E1,EQ1, CFD E1,E2,EQ1, PHFD E1,E2,B1,EQ1, DCEMS Medic 2, Medic 3, Medic 5, EMS 3, Chinquapin EMS, Beulaville EMS, DCSD, NCSHPDeep Bottom Rd MVC

This MVC was dispatched at 22:44 on Feb/19/2005 in front of 1919 South NC 111 Hwy dispatched as a three vehicle double head-on MVC with 7 patients and 5 patient pinned. Units arrived and found a small pickup overturned with one patient pinned inside, a large passager car with 3 patients pinned inside, and a large SUV with one patient pinned inside and one DOA. Two sets on Jaws were placed into service as 3 ALS and 3 BLS EMS units treated the injured. 3 air units were called to transport the trauma patients to the local trauma centers. When the call was over two patients died onscene 3 were airlifted to trauma centers and two transported to Duplin Gen Hospital. Units onscene were Fountintown FD E1,T1,B1,Chinquapin FD EQ1,E2,Lyman FD,E1,E2,B1, Beulaville FD E2,R5, DCEMS Medic 3, Medic 5, EMS 1, EMS 2, EMS 3, Chinquapin EMS, Beulaville EMS, (Onslow Co. Units) Onslow Co EMS 4, Nine Mile EMS, Haws Run EMS, DCSD, BPD, NCSHP, Eastcare Air1, Air2, Airlink Air1South NC 111 MVC

The call was placed under control at 10:30 and all units cleared at 12:00. This vehicle was chased into Duplin Co. by Onslow Co SD when the driver hit a stop stick and his vehicle overturned. The patient was transported to Onslow Mem. Beulaville FD, Chinquapin FD, and Lyman FD first dispatched once CFD E2 first arriving unit was onscene call went to 2nd alarm with Sarecta FD for tankers and manpower. This MVC was dispatched on May/15/2006 at 06:11 in the PVA of Chinquapin Elem. School 3894 S. NC 50 Hwy. CFD units arrived to find that a female patient had drove her vehicle into a brick wall at the gym on the back part of the school. The female patient was the only person in the vehicle and she was transported to Duplin Gen Hospital were she was treated and released. CFD units remained onscene till the scene was cleared. Units onscene CFD EQ1,E1,E2,C3 DCEMS Medic 3, DCSD, NCSHPChinquapin Elem. School MVC

CFD units arrived to find that a female patient had drove her vehicle into a brick wall at the gym on the back part of the school. The female patient was the only person in the vehicle and she was transported to Duplin Gen Hospital were she was treated and released. CFD units remained onscene till the scene was cleared.
