 | S. NC 111 Structure Fire
Chinquapin Fire, Lyman Fire, Fountaintown Fire, and Duplin Co EMS Medic 3 were dispatched to 350 S. NC 111 Hwy Chinquapin at 01:10 on Friday March 28 2008 for a structure fire. Units arrived to find heavy fire thurout the sturcture, a second alarm was placed for water and manpower from Beulaville Fire, Pin Hook Fire, and Northeast Fire. Units remained on scene for over three hours to get the fire under control before returning to the station.

| |  | Fountintown Rd Light Pole Fire
Chinquapin Fire along with Duplin Co EMS Medic 3 were dispatched to 3607 Fountaintown Rd at 08:18 on Wednesday April 16 2008 for a light pole on fire. Units arrived to find the pole had already burned into and was still smoking. CFD crew placed dirt around it to extinguish what was left burning and waited to the power co to arrived before returning to station.

| |  | Firehouse Rd Structure Fire
Chinquapin Fire, Lyman Fire, Pin Hook Fire, and Duplin Co EMS Medic 3, were dispatched to 131 Firehouse Rd on Saturday June/28/2008 at 18:00 for a structure fire. EMS arrived and reported a working fire, units arrived to find heavy fire at the back of the structure also was on the outside back wall of the home. Fire was extinguished with in 5 min, all mutual aid was cancelled while CFD finished there work and returned to station.

Chinquapin Fire, Lyman Fire, and Pin Hook Fire along with Duplin Co EMS Medic 3 were dispatched to 180 Firehouse Rd Chinquapin at 02:43 am on Wednesday December 10 2008 for a structure fire. Units arrived to find heavy fire at the back of the structure and thur the roof. A second alarm was called for Northeast Fire units remained on scene till 06:30 before the fire was extinguished. Crews would return to the sturcture two more times thurout the day before the house was allowed to burn to the ground by the Insurance Co.

Chinquapin Fire and Duplin Co EMS Medic 3 were dispatched to this MVC on Tuesday December 16 2008 at 10:02 am. Units arrived to find the roadway blocked and started traffic control, no injurys were reported once the roadway was cleared all units returned to the station.

Chinquapin Vol. Fire & EMS Inc (Duplin County Station 11) Located at 2800 S. NC 41 & 50 Hwy Chinquapin NC 28521. The station houses 1 E-One pumper, 1 E-One pumper/tanker, 1 Ford brush truck, 1 AEV BLS ambulance, 1 Monark rescue boat, and 1 Wheeled Coach ALS ambulance (staffed by the county)

Northeast,Chinquapin,and Pin Hook Fire Departments were dispatched to this MVC in the 100 Block of Deep Bottom Rd invovling two vehicles one vehicle had been torn in half. Units arrived to find two trauma patients, one patient with minor injury's and two small children DOA. CFD and PHFD units closed down the roadway as NEFD units assisted EMS with patient care. All patients were transported to Duplin Gen Hospital with the two trauma patients being airlifted to Pitt Co. Mem Hospital later on. Units onscene NEFD E1,EQ1, CFD E1,E2,EQ1, PHFD E1,E2,B1,EQ1, DCEMS Medic 2, Medic 3, Medic 5, EMS 3, Chinquapin EMS, Beulaville EMS, DCSD, NCSHP

Fountaintown Fire, Lyman Fire, Chinqaupin Fire, Beulaville Fire, Duplin Co EMS Medic 3, Medic 5, EMS 1, EMS 2, EMS 3, Chinquapin EMS, Beulaville EMS, Onslow Co EMS EMS 4, Nine Mile Rescue/EMS, Haws Run Rescue/EMS, Eastcare Air Medical Air 1, Air 2, and Airlink Air Medical Air 1 were dispatched to this MVC in front of 1919 S. NC 111 Hwy Chinquapin on Saturday February 19 2005 at 22:44. Units arrived to find three vehicles involved with 7 total patients 4 of them were pinned in and one was DOA. Two sets of the jaws of life were placed into service. All units remained on scene for three hours before returning to the station.

Chinquapin,Lyman, and Beulaville Fire Departments were dispatched to the 500 block of Ludie Brown Rd to a MVC with a Duplin Co. School Bus and a farm truck. Arriving units found 7 total patients with only two being transported to Duplin Gen Hospital with minor injury's. Units onscene CFD E1,EQ1, LFD E1,E2, BFD R5, DCEMS Medic 3 Medic 5 EMS 3 DCSD NCSHP
